How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Please call our toll free number at 1-877-546-8667 if you wish to change or cancel your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. Tracking numbers will be available after 7 PM EST on the day your order is shipped.
An item is missing from my shipment.

I received the wrong product.

When will my order ship?
When placing your order, you can specify a delivery date of your package. If no delivery date is specified, your order will ship the next business day depending on the shipping method selected. You may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 6-12 hours of shipment.
Tracking numbers are available after 7 pm est on the day your order is shipped.
