Homemade with Jumbo Lump & Backfin Lump crab meat, these crab cakes will surely draw some attention at the dinner table. Made with the finest crabmeat and just the right amount of spices, you will enjoy a true taste sensation. Our crab cakes have very little filler and are packed full of flavor.
Our crab cakes contain all jumbo lump and backfin lump blue crab meat. (No cheap imitation crab meat.)
5oz Crab Cakes - 1/2 dozen Handling & Preparation
Saute: Add 1/2 cup of light oil in large frying pan and saute for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Bake: Place crab cakes on oiled cookie sheet and bake 350-400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Broil: Place crab cakes on cookie sheet and broil for about 12 minutes or until heated through.
