Flounder Fillet / lb. Recipes
Stuffed Flounder
- Ingredients:
- 5 or 6 flounder fillets
- 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tablespoons salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- dash Worcestershire sauce
- flour
- lemon juice
- 1/4 pound butter, melted
- paprika
- parsley flakes
Preparation Instructions:
Place flounder fillets in a shallow baking dish. Mix together crab meat, Old Bay, salt, pepper, salad dressing, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and enough flour to hold mixture together. Squeeze lemon juice over flounder. Place crab meat mixture on top of flounder. Pour melted butter over fish and sprinkle with paprika and parsley flakes. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
